The preparation of detailed condition reports and Quinquennial Inspections identifying each element of a building, describing its condition, recommending necessary repairs and a timescale for their implementation. Our experience extends to commissioning non-destructive survey techniques including resistivity surveys, thermal imaging, micro drilling and environmental monitoring.

We also carry out measured building and topographical surveys as a base for identifying repairs and developing scheme designs. The practice also has the necessary experience to undertake historical research including the analysis of a building’s development and significant phases and archival research.
