We are excited to be working with award winning developers Citu, to regenerate a redundant and dilapidated Grade II* listed Green Lane Works and the Eagle Works, both part of the Little Kelham site located in the Kelham Island area. These will form part an integral of a sustainable community with over 100 houses, community arts spaces, creative workshops and local shops.

We are proud of our local industrial heritage in Sheffield and proud to be part of this exciting regeneration project that seeks to incorporate this in a sustainable re-envisioned future for the area.
