Congratulation to Fay al Khalifa, , who won the RIBA President’s Research Awards 2013.  The award was given for her dissertation entitled An urban healing agenda for reform in Bahrain: where the dweller falls into the urban gap and the sailing boat hits the skyscraper. Fay is one of our inaugural students on the Masters in Conservation & Regeneration (MACR) that John-Paul co-directs at Sheffield University School of Architecture. John-Paul reflected that 'Fay was an ideal student for the launch year of our new course, she was constantly showing initiative and pushing boundaries, a very deserving well done!'
